Archon welcomes fan groups, clubs, organizations, and community groups that share a connection to science fiction, fantasy, gaming, costuming, media, creativity, or fan culture.
A fan group table is a great way to meet attendees, promote your organization, recruit new members, share upcoming events, and connect with others who love the same things you do.
Who Should Apply?
Fan group space may be a good fit for:
- Science fiction and fantasy fan clubs
- Costuming and cosplay groups
- Gaming groups and LARPs
- Media, anime, and pop culture organizations
- Nonprofit or community groups with a fandom connection
- Other clubs or organizations that would be of interest to Archon attendees
What to Expect
Fan group tables give organizations a visible place to talk with attendees during the convention. Groups often use their space to share flyers, answer questions, display costumes or props, promote events, and introduce people to their community.
Space may be limited, so groups interested in participating should contact the Fan Club Coordinator early.
