When Will the Schedule Be Available?
The programming schedule is created closer to the convention as guests, panelists, rooms, and events are finalized. Please check back closer to the convention for the full schedule.
Once available, the schedule will be posted online and linked from this page. Archon also traditionally provides a pocket program at the convention.
How Programming Works During the Convention
Most panel and presentation events begin at the top of the hour and last approximately 50 minutes. A five-minute warning tone is typically used in the Gateway Center to help panels wrap up on time.
Events may be held at both the Gateway Convention Center and the DoubleTree Hotel, so be sure to check room locations when planning your schedule.
Archon uses Grenadine to publish the event schedule and manage programming. Once the schedule is available, attendees can use Grenadine to review events and build a personal schedule.
Schedule Tools
When the schedule is ready, links to the online schedule and any downloadable pocket program will be added here.
