Booking a Room at the DoubleTree

Once on the reservation site, you can adjust the dates of your stay, the number of rooms, and the number of people in each room.

To make a reservation in the convention room block, you must stay both Friday and Saturday nights. One-night reservations are not available in the block.

The room block typically fills early, often by January, so do not delay if staying in the hotel is important to you.

Rooms often become available again throughout the year, especially around August. The DoubleTree no longer maintains a waiting list, so if the block appears full, keep checking the booking link.

We strongly recommend using the official online booking link rather than calling the reservation phone line. Phone representatives may not be able to access the Archon room block and may incorrectly report that the hotel is sold out.

What Happens at the DoubleTree?

The DoubleTree hosts several Archon activities throughout the weekend, including the Friday and Saturday dances, some gaming, and various panels.

If you prefer to stay close to the convention while also being near some of the social and programming activity, the main hotel is the best option.

DoubleTree Payment Policy

The DoubleTree / Hilton uses a credit card only policy for guest room payment. Any major debit or credit card may be used, and prepaid debit cards are also accepted.

Cash will still be accepted in Porter’s restaurant and lounge during the convention weekend.

Nearby Lodging

The hotels listed below are in Collinsville and within walking distance of the Gateway Center. No official Archon events are held at these hotels.
