Sell at Archon
Interested in being part of the Archon Dealer’s Room? The Dealer’s Room is one of the most popular stops at the convention, giving vendors a chance to connect directly with fans, collectors, gamers, readers, costumers, and creators.
Space is limited, so dealers are encouraged to submit their registration materials early.
Rates & Details
- $135 for the first 8-foot table
- $120 for the second table
- $110 for the third table
- Archon reserves the right to limit dealers to two tables if necessary.
- Add $5 per table for wall spaces.
- Dealers receive one free membership with their tables.
- Dealers may purchase one additional membership for $50.
- All workers must have a valid convention badge.
Dealers may request preferred tables, and every effort will be made to accommodate those requests. However, Archon cannot guarantee that dealers will receive the exact tables requested. Table layouts are approximate and may change as needed.
Illinois Sales Tax Requirement
The State of Illinois requires all vendors to collect sales tax. Vendors who do not have an Illinois State Tax ID Number will need to complete a Special Event Tax Collection Report and Payment Coupon.
This form will be available from the Dealer’s Room staff.
Electrical Hook-Up
Electrical service is provided by the Gateway Center.
- $70 if requested by September 10
- $90 after September 10
